Supplying to Leeds Arts University
The University carries out its own procurement for a variety of goods and services, by obtaining competitive quotations, or by carrying formal tender exercises, depending on value.
The University is also a member of NEUPC (North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium) and CPC (Crescent Purchasing Consortium), both of which offer a large number of Framework Agreements which are available for the University to use without the need to carry out an open quotation or tender exercise. We also utilise CCS (Crown Commercial Services) Frameworks where applicable.

The University uses the Delta eProcurement System to publish details of its current and upcoming tender opportunities.
