Facilities
Facilities manage a wide range of services relating to campus activities and building matters such as waste, energy, the vehicle fleet, furniture and building works.
Emergencies
For building emergencies please call ext. 8093 or the Reception Teams who can direct your call to a member of Estates. For Blenheim Walk Reception call ext. 8000 and Vernon Street Reception ext. 8030
Estates Helpdesk
If you need assistance from the Facilities team you should email the Estates helpdesk – estateshelpdesk@leeds-art.ac.uk. All tickets received will be reviewed and actioned as necessary. Tickets may include faults, cleaning requests, key requests, van bookings, ad-hoc services, waste removal and general maintenance requirements – this list is not exhaustive.
Central Room Bookings
The University has a number of rooms within our buildings that can be booked out for meetings and events which are outside of course dedicated spaces. Risk and Safety
The Risk & Safety pages and guidance notes will help you use the University facilities safely.
The team can provide guidance on risk assessments, educational visits, events and activities and general risk and safety advice. This section of the portal is under review.

Reception Services
The Reception Services page is currently being updated to include switchboard services, postal and deliveries information, welcoming visitors, and lost property.
For all front of house enquiries please contact the Reception teams on either 0113 2028000 (ext. 8000) for Blenheim Walk, and 0113 2028030 for Vernon Street (ext. 8030)
Visitors
All visitors must report to reception and complete a pre-visit form. Further guidance on visitors accessing the university can be found on the portal or by asking the team.
