Leeds College of Art has a statutory and moral duty to assist local authority social services departments on Safeguarding issues relating to Child Protection and has a duty of care towards all students. Leeds College of Art is also committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all of our students and recognises the issues associated with bullying.

The College is committed to providing an environment in which all students can learn in a relaxed and secure environment and our priority is the learner’s welfare. The College is aware and accepts that bullying is a potential problem and aims to prevent bullying and will deal effectively with those involved if it occurs.
