Complaints Policy and Procedures for Students (College)
The College recognises that from time to time students may wish to seek redress for complaints relating to their college experience. The complaints policy and procedure aims to help to resolve individual complaints in a manner which is as fair and expeditious as possible. It is the College’s policy to find solutions to individual complaints as early in the procedure as possible.
